Effective immediately 2024 cancellation policy: For any reason whatsoever, appointment cancellation with less than 48 hours prior notice will be subject to: No show/no notice will be charged 100% of the booked appointment fee Late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) will be charged 50% of the booked appointment fee.
